Utilitare pentru depanarea laptop-ului

O modalitate foarte eficienta de a tine la indemana utilitare importante la depanarea calculatorului este arderea lui Hiren's BootCD pe un disc. Discul este boot-abil si permite accesul la utilitare printr-o interfata grafica simpla si la obiect.

5. şufă frână faţă + protecţie;

Total: 128 RON + 30 RON (vopsit într-o vopsitorie auto).

Împreună cu tatăl meu am demontat şi apoi remontat toate piesele (cadrul a trebuit dus la curăţat şi vopsit.. din păcate, "meseriaşul" doar a vopsit). Partea de ungere a componentelor a făcut-o mama mea (dat cu vaselină rulmenţii din butucul de la pedale, şters cu alcool izopropilic zonele de contact metalic).

Rezultatul se poate vedea în fotografiile de mai jos.

(toate piesele au fost cumpărate din bazar... din păcate, camera pe spate se dezumflă după câteva ore. Trebuie înlocuită :D)

Păstrarea Deschisă şi Liberă a Internetului

Cele 6 Principii ale Neutralitǎţii Internetului in America

Lupta pentru Neutralitatea Internetului a înregistrat o victorie sǎptǎmâna asta, prin anunţul fǎcut de cǎtre preşedintele Comisiei Federale de Comunicaţii Julius Genachowski la Institutul Brookings, şi anume acela cǎ doreşte sǎ codifice şi sǎ extindǎ cele Patru Libertǎţi ale internetului.

Acestea sunt:

1. Libertatea de a accesa orice conţinut legal pe internet;
2. Libertatea de a accesa orice aplicaţie pe internet;
3. Libertatea de a accesa orice serviciu pe internet;
4. Libertatea de a conecta orice dispozitiv la internet, atîta timp cǎt nu dǎuneazǎ reţelei.

La acestea se vor mai adǎuga:

1. Dreptul la acces nediscriminatoriu (operatorii de net sǎ nu încetineascǎ vreo aplicaţie sau vreun serviciu);
2. Dreptul de a fi informat despre modul în care operatorii reparǎ o reţea congestionatǎ.

Ultima, oarecum ciudatǎ, vine ca rǎspuns la un incident de mai demult, când Comcast a blocat traficul p2p, şi abia dupǎ un an de negare, dar şi presiune din partea FCC, a recunoscut cǎ existǎ aceastǎ restricţie.

Astfel, în noiembrie vor începe procedurile de codificare ale acestor 6 principii, şi implicit şi consultǎrile şi negocierile din cadrul FCC, dar şi dintre Comisie şi pǎrţile implicate în acest subiect, şi anume, providerii  de Internet, precum şi membrii ai societǎţii civile, interesate de neutralitatea Internetului.

Interesant este, cǎ pe lângǎ membri Democraţi ai FCC, dintre care şi preşedintele, şi-au mai anunţat sprijinul pentru acest proiect de lege şi alte nume importante. Este vorba de Rick Boucher, preşedintele Comitetului pentru Comunicaţii, Tehnologie şi Internet din cadrul Camerei Reprezentanţilor a Statelor Unite, dar şi a unor giganţi din domeniul on-line, precum Google, Facebook, Amazon, Sony Electronice, Flickr, Craigslist, ai cǎror preşedinţi au semnat o scrisoare deschisǎ în sprijinul iniţiativei FCC.

De cealaltǎ parte a baricadei, în tabǎra providerilor de internet, giganţii AT&T şi Verizon, s-au pronunţat împotriva acestei iniţiative, la fel cum au fǎcut-o anumiţi senatori republicani, printre care şi John McCain, care a depus un proiect de lege menit sǎ blocheze iniţiativa FCC.
